Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back
If your first month of Pro isn't worth it, email hello@launchflare.app within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no retention scripts, no questions.
This applies to your first Pro payment. We want you to try Pro risk-free.
2. Subscriptions & renewals
Pro renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal - access continues to the end of the paid period, and you are not charged again.
Renewal charges (after the first month) are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong - a failed kit, a billing error, a charge you didn't expect - email us and we'll make it right.
3. Overage charges
Pro includes 10 kits per cycle; extra kits bill at $2 each. Overage is charged for kits actually generated and is non-refundable once the kit is produced (it consumed real compute).
If an overage kit failed to generate, it isn't billed - and if you were charged for a failed kit, we'll refund that charge.
4. The free plan
The Free plan (one launch kit, forever) costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. Try the product free before paying.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@launchflare.app from the address on your account. Include the charge date if you can. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments; refunds are issued through them.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us first - we refund eligible requests faster than a chargeback resolves, and a dispute can lock your account during review. We're indie founders too; we'll sort it out.
